If you are wondering how to play loogie joe, here are the simple rules: build an 18-card deck and shuffle. decide who goes first and draw 4 cards each. player one goes first. he or she draws 2 cards then player two draws. player one compares his attack to opponent's defense and if his attack is greater, he may assign a damage token or use his power. if the defender wins, he may assign a damage token[10- HP] or use a power. now repeat this step vice-versa.[player two attacks] keep repeating until one player's monsters are all in the paveyard[discard pile]
